6. Statutory Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK or EU consumer booking online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

However, where you request coaching to begin within this 14-day period (for example, by booking a session that takes place sooner), you acknowledge that:

You are requesting the service to start immediately, and

Once the service has been fully delivered, your statutory right to cancel may no longer apply.

This statutory right is separate from the cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

Where you purchase a multi-session package:

Sessions are intended for the named client only

Sessions should be used within a reasonable timeframe, agreed together

Unused sessions are non-refundable

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
