What services do you offer?

I offer courses, clarity sessions, 1:1 coaching, and group programs designed to help you move forward with hope, resilience and purpose.

How do I get started?

You can sign up for a course straight away. Go to the courses page to find out more.
If you are interested in coaching, start by booking a free clarity call. We’ll explore your challenges, goals and see which type of coaching or courses are the right fit for you.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

How often do sessions take place?

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and coaching plan. We’ll decide what cadence works best for you.

How long is each session?

Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes, allowing time for deep conversation, reflection, and action planning. The free clarity sessions are just 25 minutes.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.

Do you offer coaching packages?

Yes — it is possible to book series of coaching sessions in advance for a 20% discount, to make support accessible and stress-free.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be charged.
