Coaching may be specifically focused on Well-being, Resilience Building, Purpose Discovery, the Active Hope process or Transformation through Strategic Intervention coaching tools. The type of coaching that you receive can be chosen by yourself or pre-decided upon with my support.
It is also possible to embark on a coaching process without the need for it being designated within any specific category but rather the various tools from these schools of thought can be used and explored when and if relevant for your particular process and journey.
How does coaching work best?
Generally, it is best to commit to a series of coaching sessions, so that we can go deeper over time and I can also support you with accountability and any challenges that arise. These are normally weekly or bi-weekly sessions. It is possible to book 8 of these at a time for a 20% discount.
Coaching Rates
A single 90-minute coaching session is £180
A set of 8 90-minute sessions is £1152 (£144 each)
Free Clarity Coaching Session
If this sounds interesting to you, I would love to on Zoom (or Google Meet) and give you a free 20 to 30 minute Clarity Session. You should find this session really valuable for helping you to have greater clarity, direction and a sense of how to overcome your challenges.
During the call, I can learn about you, your challenges, hopes and goals, as well as answer any questions and share some of my unique strategies and approach. I only offer 3-4 of these free sessions weekly, so booking is essential.
