Discovering Your Character Strengths is a guided journey into understanding what makes you most effective, resilient, and alive. Through reflection, feedback, research-based tools, and simple daily practices, this course helps you identify your core strengths and learn how to use them in ways that support wellbeing, clarity, and meaningful impact.
Rather than fixing weaknesses or pushing harder, you’ll learn how to work with what already works — and build a way of living and working that is sustainable, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.
By the end of this course, you will:
Have a clear understanding of your core character strengths
Know how to recognise and trust what energises you
Learn how to apply strengths to everyday life, work, and relationships
Develop simple practices for resilience, clarity, and sustainable impact
Leave with tools to align strengths with goals, purpose, and direction

The course consists of 4 modules which, with the set homework, should take about 3-5 hours to complete.
